Blender Operator
Starting Pay: $21.00/hour + Shift Differential
- 2nd Shift: $22.00/hour total
- 3rd Shift: $22.50/hour total

We are seeking dependable Blender Operators to join our production team on 2nd and 3rd shift. In this role, you'll play a critical part in producing high-quality products by operating blending equipment, following safety and quality standards, and ensuring production goals are met.

What You'll Do
- Operate and set up blending equipment according to work orders and production schedules
- Accurately measure, weigh, and blend ingredients while maintaining quality standards
- Follow all GMP, SOP, food safety, and company safety requirements
- Complete batch documentation, production records, and cleaning logs accurately
- Perform equipment changeovers, sanitation, and cleaning procedures
- Collect product samples for Quality Assurance testing
- Assist with basic equipment troubleshooting and minor maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work collaboratively to meet daily production goals
What We're Looking For
- Manufacturing, blending, food production, or machine operation experience preferred
- Strong math skills and ability to work with weights and measurements
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety
- Dependable attendance and positive team attitude
- High School Diploma/GED or related manufacturing experience
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Bend, stoop, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements
- Work in an environment with dust, odors, varying temperatures, and production equipment noise
