About the Role
Based in Miami, FL, you will be the go-to Commercial HVAC expert keeping businesses comfortable and operational. You’ll start your day dispatching from home, navigate to customer sites in a company van equipped with navigation, and spend your time maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing commercial HVAC systemsespecially single systems, EMS-integrated equipment, and RTUs.
What a Day Looks Like
- Travel to commercial locations across Miami to perform scheduled maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and complete repairs on RTUs and other commercial HVAC systems.
- Interface with store personnel, provide clear updates, and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
- Document work performed and prepare for the next call while on a rotating on-call schedule.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of single systems, RTUs, and familiarity with EMS.
- EPA Universal Certified.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and clear, professional communication skills.
- Physically able to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
