HVAC Service Dispatcher - CSR | $20.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: 7:30am to 4:00pm
Schedule: Monday through Friday | with occasional Saturdays during peak season

What You Will Be doing:
- First point of contact for customers, handling incoming calls and providing excellent service to both homeowners and commercial clients
- Dispatch service technicians and schedule service calls,
- Maintain accurate customer records and keep our database current
- Provide customers with timely updates on service lead times
- Use Service Titan daily to manage scheduling and communications
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations
What We Are Looking For:
- 2 + years of experience as a schedule coordinator, dispatcher, project coordinator, or similar office experience
- Advanced customer service skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office experience
- Organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Service Scheduling / Coordinating experience desired
- Knowledge of the HVAC industry is recommended but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
