Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a self-motivated and well-organized individual with strong communication skills, customer service experience, and high energy to interface with our customers. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing quotations, delivery commitments and order status information.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding customer requirements
• Assisting the customer in selecting the appropriate product for their application
• Quoting price and lead time
• Entering Sales orders into our ERP system
• Tracking the order to ensure on time delivery
• Responding to customer questions regarding the status of their order
• Leveraging the relationship with our customers to seek new opportunities
• Developing -emails and literature to promote our products

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or a related field

Ability to build rapport with customers

Ability to prioritize and multi-task

Positive and professional demeanor

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
