Assistant Service Writer

We are hiring an entry-level Assistant Service Writer to support customers and the service team in an honest, quality-focused automotive shop known for fair pricing. The ideal candidate has automotive knowledge and customer service experience; quick lube managers may be especially well suited. This hourly position offers training for the right candidate and room to grow.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and initiate repair orders
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Build estimates and sell recommended jobs
• Relay service information to customers and staff
• Support automotive service advising activities

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in automotive service advising
• Knowledge of automotive repair
• Appointment scheduling experience
• Customer service experience
