As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll play a vital role in the lives of the individuals we serve. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
• Supporting individuals with mental health, behavioral, and developmental needs.
• Encouraging independence, social interaction, and community involvement.
• Implementing individualized service plans and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Monitoring safety, well-being, and behavior, and addressing concerns promptly.
• Administering or assisting with medications as authorized and trained.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe living environment.
• Responding to emergencies and behavioral crises with professionalism and care.
• Communicating effectively with the care team and following all policies and procedures.

We’re seeking candidates who are dependable, compassionate, and ready to make a difference. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in direct care, behavioral health, or a related field is required.
• Education: A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, patience, empathy, and professionalism.
• Physical Ability: Capability to meet the physical demands of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Additional Requirements: A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record may be required for certain roles. Background checks and pre-employment screenings are mandatory.

Experience working with individuals with mental health diagnoses, behavioral challenges, or developmental disabilities is a plus.

We offer flexible scheduling options to meet the needs of our team and the individuals we serve. Available shifts may include:

• First shift
• Second shift
• Third shift/overnight
• Weekend shifts
• Rotating or flexible schedules
