Our Client, a global provider of electronic design and test solutions, is looking for someone to fill a Manufacturing Operations Support role at their Rancho Santa Margarita, CA location.
Responsibilities:- Support all Hand Operations, including Heat Treat, Cleaning, Sort, and Deburr processes on day shift.
- Delivering operational excellence by processing parts through manual and automated operations, including performing visual inspections and assembly tasks under a microscope.
- Microscopic inspection
- Part deburring, cleaning, and handling
- Precision pin, thread, and ring gaging
- Part sorting using specialized tools/equipment
Requirements:- Basic Windows PC and Microsoft Excel experience
- Strong manual dexterity
- Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience
- High School diploma or equivalent;Some college or technical coursework preferred
- Ability to read and converse in English
- Ability to interpret specifications, including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
