A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Financial Representative for a healthcare-related financial review position. This role focuses on Medicaid billing, nursing facility financial reviews, and recovering overpaid claims.
Financial Representative Compensation
- Pay Range: $23-$25 hourly
- Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance available after 90 days

Financial Representative Highlights

Financial Representative Responsibilities
- Conduct financial reviews of skilled nursing facilities to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Review Medicaid billing, resident trust accounts, census data, and payer information for accuracy.
- Identify Medicaid overpayments and coordinate the recovery of overpaid claims.
- Process and monitor claim adjustments and prepare financial review reports.
- Provide technical assistance to nursing facilities regarding billing requirements and regulations.
- Review documentation for compliance with Medical Assistance policies and applicable CMS guidelines.
- Analyze billing records to identify trends, errors, and potential compliance concerns.
- Communicate with providers and other stakeholders by phone and email.
- Prepare review documentation, present findings, and participate in entrance and exit conferences.
- Maintain databases, support appeals, and attend hearings to explain financial review findings.
Financial Representative Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience with Medicaid billing requirements.
- Working knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare billing processes.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to review financial records, identify discrepancies, and explain billing requirements.
Financial Representative Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with healthcare accounts receivable.
- Experience with cost reporting.
- Familiarity with skilled nursing facility billing and Medical Assistance regulations.
- Experience with claims adjustments, overpayment recovery, or financial audits.
