Key Responsibilities
- Manage structural steel and miscellaneous metals projects from contract award through fabrication, delivery, and installation coordination.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, materials, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with general contractors, engineers, detailers, shop personnel, and field teams.
- Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and change orders.
- Monitor project progress, resolve challenges, and maintain client relationships.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, contractual requirements, and deadlines.
- Work closely with leadership to support operational efficiency and continued growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in structural steel fabrication, miscellaneous metals, or a closely related construction sector.
- Demonstrated project management experience with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Understanding of fabrication processes, construction drawings, scheduling, and project coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
- Experience with steel detailing, estimating, or fabrication management software is a plus.
