Position: Lead Electrician
Lewis Electric & Plumbing Oak Ridge & Greater Knoxville Area
Full-Time | Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) | Overtime & On-Call Rotation
Pay: Competitive Hourly (Based on Experience) + Overtime & Performance Incentives

What You’ll Do
- Lead residential electrical projects from start to finish
- Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Supervise and train junior electricians
- Ensure all work meets local and national electrical codes
- Coordinate with other trades on job sites
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of electrical experience (residential preferred)
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards
- Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools
- Leadership experience or ability to lead a crew
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
