Project Manager

Join our team as a Project Manager working remotely within Wisconsin. This contract position involves leading software implementation projects, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful technology rollouts. You will utilize your expertise in project management, stakeholder communication, and risk management to drive projects forward.

• Lead the project lifecycle from initiation through closure, ensuring successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain project governance, controls, and performance measures.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to align with project objectives.
• Prepare and present status reports and executive-level communications.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.

• 10 years of experience in software implementation and rollout management.
• Strong skills in project controls, risk management, and status reporting.
• Proven ability in stakeholder communication and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience in organizational change management and vendor management is a plus.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management training preferred.
