  • 10 years of experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
  • 7 years of experience in Smalltalk programming.
  • Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent communication skills for independent client interaction.
  • Ability to handle tasks independently.
  • Capable of collaborating with customers and teams as needed.
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
Good-to-Have Skills:
  • Knowledge of PL/SQL and UNIX.
  • Experience in the insurance domain.
MUST HAVE:
  • 7 years of experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
  • Hands-on experience in Smalltalk programming.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC.
