A successful commercial signage company in Landover, MD is actively searching for a energetic Sign Sales Rep. Day to day activities include seeking out new project opportunities, developing client relationships and servicing referral accounts. Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of commercial sign projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate project execution.
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Conduct project closing procedures
Requirements - Proven experience in commercial sales in some capacity.
- Strong knowledge of standard construction project management practices.
- Comfortable with a commission-based compensation plan.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail, especially adhering to time-sensitive deadlines.
- Basic MS Office competency
- High School diploma (College degree preferred but not required).
