Strong understanding of AI-driven contact center solutions.

Experience: 15 years in project/program management, with at least 10 years in contact center or customer experience programs.
Skill Set:
Google CCAI/Dialog Flow, Contact Center technologies, PMP, Scrum
PMP or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
