Vector Talent Solutions is a veteran-owned workforce solutions firm dedicated to helping organizations identify, attract, and hire top talent. We are seeking an HSE / Site Safety Manager for a client with construction, hospitality, and workforce housing operations.

This role leads site health, safety, and environmental programs while supporting safe work in guest-facing, food-service, and resident-occupied environments. Experience in hospitality settings is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead site-specific safety planning, orientations, and hazard-control processes.

• Perform audits, inspections, and field observations; track corrective actions through completion.

• Support incident response, investigation, reporting, and trend analysis.

• Coordinate with superintendents, project managers, and onsite operations teams to integrate safety into daily work.

• Track safety metrics, subcontractor performance, and compliance documentation.

• Maintain safe conditions and minimize disruption in guest-occupied areas, prioritizing guest safety, comfort, and experience.

• Support safety, sanitation, and living-standard expectations in workforce housing, including inspections and communication with residents about safety matters.

• Promote continuous improvement through clear communication, training, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of construction hazards and practical control methods.

• Experience with safety reporting, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance.

• Ability to influence field and operations teams and enforce safety expectations professionally.

• Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

• Hospitality industry experience in hotels, restaurants, resorts, or similar settings.

• Knowledge of guest services and safe work practices around guests.

• Experience with workforce housing operations, such as crew camps, employee lodging, or seasonal staff housing.

• ServSafe certification or working knowledge of food-safety practices.
