*** Seton Edgar B Davis, 130 Hays St, Luling , Tx 78648. Flexible work week, every other weekend required. on-call 3 shifts per 6 weeks. Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization. Responsibilities include to implement and monitor pt care plans. Monitors, records and communicates pt condition as appropriate. Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated pt care. Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinates pt discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment. Certifications should include: Advance Life Support and Pediatric Life Support. TNCC preferred but not required.
