Our client, a growing Fintech firm based in Boston is looking for a Platform Software Engineer to join the team. As a member of our platform team, you will be building and scaling production web applications for a fintech platform.

- Build and scale production web infrastructure.
- Manage systems with complex domain logic and concurrent state.
- Work on architecture optimization to help scale account capacity.
Tech Stack- Ruby on Rails, Stimulus, React, PostgreSQL, Linux
- Open-source coding agents local LLMs
Requirements- 2 years of experience building production web applications
- Demonstrated ability to understand systems with complex domain logic and concurrent, order-sensitive states.
- Strong understanding of multi-processing and multi-threading usage
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails or similar MVC frameworks
- Strong SQL skills: able to write complex multi-table queries, understand query plans, and data integrity
- 1 years of experience working in a Linux environment
- Ability to handle common command-line utilities and Unix process management
- Comfortable with bash scripting
- Experience in a fintech
