Microsoft 365 Migration Engineer

Location: Raritan, New Jersey (NJ)

Duration: 6 Months

Experience Required: 10+ Years

Role: Exchange Engineer

Essential Skill: Technical Lead

Extensive experience in Microsoft 365 migrations, particularly Tenant-to-Tenant (T2T) migrations.

Hands-on experience with third-party migration tools, including:

• BitTitan MigrationWiz

• DriveIQ

• ShareGate

Strong understanding of:

• Exchange Online

• Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)

• Microsoft Entra ID

• OneDrive

• Microsoft ShareGate

Experience with PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph.

Strong understanding of mail flow, including hybrid environments and tenant-to-tenant migrations.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve end-to-end migration issues across:

• Exchange Online

• OneDrive

• Microsoft Teams

Experience identifying, diagnosing, and resolving complex migration issues.

Ability to coordinate with Microsoft Support to resolve critical technical issues.

Experience managing and leading Exchange Server migration and administration activities.
