Looking for a part-time sales job with great hourly pay and the opportunity to earn performance bonuses? Direct Demo is hiring outgoing, dependable Part-Time Sales Representatives to work inside Costco warehouses, demonstrating and selling popular health and wellness products.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, making sales, and working independently. You'll receive an hourly wage plus performance-based bonuses, with the opportunity to increase your base pay based on performance.

Pay, Schedule, and Job Details

• Pay: $24 per hour to start, with opportunities to increase to $25 per hour based on performance
• Bonuses: Additional performance-based sales bonuses
• Pay Frequency: Weekly pay
• Employment Type: Part-time, W-2 employee
• Required Availability: Saturdays and Sundays
• Additional Hours: Optional weekday shifts may be available
• Shift Length: Approximately 7 hours per shift
• Work Location: Costco warehouses near your assigned area

What Does a Costco Sales Representative Do?

As a Costco Product Demonstrator and Sales Representative, you'll help customers discover health and wellness products through live, in-store product demonstrations.

Your responsibilities include:

• Demonstrating and promoting nutritional supplements and wellness products inside Costco
• Approaching Costco members, starting conversations, and answering product questions
• Explaining product features, benefits, and usage information
• Encouraging purchases and driving sales through engaging product demonstrations
• Providing friendly, professional customer service
• Maintaining an organized and presentable demonstration area
• Tracking daily sales and working toward performance goals
• Following company procedures and Costco warehouse requirements

Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, product demonstrations, brand ambassador work, promotional sales, or direct sales is helpful, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are important too.
