Responsibilities:
- Operate machinesand perform part loading/unloading
- Conduct part inspections and maintain inspection gauges
- Perform minor machinemaintenance and preventive care
- Maintain accurate logs, travelers, and non-conformance forms
- Set up and switch jobs as needed
- Track materials, scrap, and corrective actions
- Maintain clean, organized work areas using 5S principles
- Adhere to AS9100 and other quality standards
- Support team goals and continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned
You should be proficient in:
- Machine Setups for Production Runs
Machines & technologies you'll use:
- CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC)
- CNC Lathe (2-4 axis)
- Press Brake
