Machine Operator

Chase Technical Staffing is looking for Machine Operators in St. Charles, IL we are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our client's team. Candidates should be reliable, detail oriented, and able to follow production instructions while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Schedule:

1st Shift 5:30am-1:45pm $17

3rd Shift 9:30pm-5:45am $20

Machine Operator responsibilities:

• Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
• Set up and adjust machines for different production jobs.
• Read and follow blueprints, work orders, drawings, and production instructions.
• Load and position materials and components into machinery.
• Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality.
• Measure and inspect parts using basic measuring tools and equipment.
• Identify defects, machine issues, or production problems and report them to supervision.
• Perform basic machine maintenance, cleaning, and routine adjustments.
• Use hand and power tools safely and properly.
• Complete required production and quality documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow company safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Meet production schedules while maintaining accuracy and quality standards
• Machine Operator experience is required
