Compensation: $20.00 Hourly

Schedule: Day/Night Shifts – Monday to Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM / 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Location: Dallas, TX 75237

Thermoforming Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Load/unload forming machines with appropriate materials.
• Read and interpret work instructions and related documentation.
• Trim plastic pieces using hand routers or a band saw.
• Inspect parts to meet quality standards.
• Monitor machines for mechanical issues.
• Record production data, cycle times, and daily output.
• Perform mold and fixture setup/changeover procedures.
• Follow all quality, safety, and work regulations

Thermoforming Machine Operator Required skills and abilities:

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Preferred: 24 months of forming machine operator experience.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; experience with hand and power tools.
• Independent worker with excellent communication skills.
