Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead CRM modernization initiatives within a large enterprise environment. This role will manage projects from planning through delivery, including CRM enhancements, AI integration, and legacy application modernization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end IT project delivery across Agile and Waterfall environments
• Manage timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
• Coordinate business stakeholders, developers, architects, QA, and release teams
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support release planning
• Provide project status, risks, and outcomes to leadership
• Drive decisions and remove project roadblocks

Qualifications:

• IT Project Management experience
• Strong Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC knowledge
• Experience managing CRM or customer-facing applications
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with enterprise modernization or digital transformation preferred

This is a Contract position based out of Cleveland, OH.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
