Traveling Electrical Project Executive
We are seeking an experienced Traveling Electrical Project Executive to lead large-scale electrical construction projects across the United States. This role is responsible for overseeing multiple projects, driving operational excellence, managing project teams, and ensuring profitability while maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate has a proven track record leading complex ground-up projects in data centers, manufacturing, commercial, healthcare, industrial, or mission critical environments.

What You Will Be Doing
- Provide executive-level oversight for multiple electrical construction projects nationwide.
- Lead project teams including Project Managers, Superintendents, and field personnel.
- Drive project performance with accountability for safety, schedule, quality, client satisfaction, and profitability.
- Review and manage project budgets, forecasting, labor productivity, and financial reporting.
- Work directly with owners, developers, general contractors, and key stakeholders to strengthen client relationships and secure repeat business.
- Assist with project pursuits, contract reviews, buyout strategies, and operational planning.
- Mentor and develop project management and operations staff.
- Ensure all projects comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Travel as needed to support projects and operations across multiple regions.
What You Need for This Position
- 10+ years of electrical construction experience with at least 5 years in a Project Executive, Operations Manager, Senior Project Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Experience overseeing large ground-up electrical construction projects valued at $20M+.
- Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction operations, budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and scheduling.
- Experience in data centers, manufacturing, industrial, healthcare, mission critical, or large commercial construction preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $225,000 - $275,000+ depending on experience
