Salary Range: $87,360 – $104,000 Annually

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Unit Manager (RN/LPN) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. • Oversee daily nursing operations and resident care on the assigned unit.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.

• Monitor resident care plans, assessments, and documentation.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.

• Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance management.

• Promote a positive, supportive, and resident-centered environment.

• Current, active RN or LPN license.

• Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.

• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of nursing regulations and quality-of-care standards.

• Ability to lead, motivate, and support a nursing team.

$87,360 – $104,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
