Job Description

We are looking for reliable, responsible, and motivated package delivery drivers!

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Drivers use their own vehicles to pick up packages from our Norcross warehouse and deliver them to residential and business addresses.

We are currently hiring drivers for TWO delivery areas: Decatur and Smyrna, GA.

You can choose which delivery area you prefer! Please let us know your preferred location when applying. Route assignments are subject to availability.

Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Previous delivery experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided.

Pickup Location & Schedule

Required Arrival Time: 5:00 AM

All drivers must arrive at the warehouse by 5:00 AM to begin scanning, organizing, and loading packages.

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Flexible working days based on route availability
• Delivery volume and routes may vary daily
• This is not a fixed 8-hour shift
• Finish time depends on package volume, traffic, delivery locations, and individual pace
• New drivers may begin with smaller routes while learning the process

Delivery Areas – Choose Your Preferred Location!

We are hiring for two delivery areas:

Option 1: Decatur, GA

Option 2: Smyrna, GA

Drivers may choose their preferred delivery area based on their location and availability.

Both delivery areas use the same warehouse pickup location in Norcross, GA.

Please mention whether you prefer Decatur or Smyrna when contacting us.

Pay Structure

Drivers are paid per completed delivery, not hourly.

• $1.50 for the first package delivered at each stop/address
• $0.50 for each additional package delivered to the same address
• Earnings depend on completed deliveries, assigned routes, and individual performance
• No mileage or gas reimbursement

Example:

If you successfully complete 100 different delivery stops with one package at each stop, you would earn $150.

Actual earnings may vary depending on route availability, package volume, and completed deliveries.

Payment Schedule

• Payments are issued weekly on Fridays after the initial processing period
• There is a standard two-week payment processing period when you first start
• Your first payment is typically issued in Week 3 for deliveries completed in Week 1
• After that, payments are issued every Friday for the previous week's completed deliveries

Driver Requirements

• Valid U.S. driver's license
• Reliable personal vehicle (sedan, SUV, minivan, etc.)
• Smartphone with access to delivery and GPS/navigation apps
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Able to work independently
• Comfortable using a smartphone delivery app
• Able to safely handle and organize packages
• Responsible for your own gas, vehicle maintenance, and operating expenses

Job Responsibilities

• Arrive at the Norcross warehouse by 5:00 AM
• Scan, organize, and load assigned packages
• Deliver packages in your selected delivery area (Decatur or Smyrna)
• Follow delivery routes using the delivery app
• Verify delivery addresses before completing deliveries
• Upload required delivery photos and confirmations
• Communicate with dispatch if delivery issues occur
• Complete assigned deliveries safely and accurately
• Maintain at least a 95% successful delivery rate

Important Delivery Expectations

Drivers must follow all required delivery procedures and handle packages responsibly.

Lost or misdelivered packages may result in a $60 charge per package, subject to applicable agreements and law.

Drivers should communicate promptly with dispatch if they experience delivery issues, incorrect addresses, access problems, or other difficulties.
