Looking to supplement your current nursing role? Azura Palliative Care and Hospice is seeking a compassionate RN to provide on-call coverage every other weekend, Friday through Sunday, in the Madison and Verona area.
We?re a Wisconsin-based, family-owned organization growing our hospice services in Dane County. This opportunity is a great fit for a nurse seeking a second job, additional income, and the chance to grow with our team.

What you?ll do
Respond to patient and family needs during your on-call weekend, including phone support and in-person visits
Provide symptom management, admissions, and death visits as needed
Deliver skilled nursing care in patients? homes, assisted living, and memory care communities
Educate and support families while coordinating care with our team and physicians
Requirements
Current Wisconsin RN license in good standing
Availability for on-call coverage every other weekend, Friday through Sunday
Hospice, palliative care, home health, or strong medical-surgical experience preferred. We will train the right nurse with a heart for hospice.
Reliable transportation, valid driver?s license, and auto insurance
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and comfort working independently
