About the Role:
Join our student support team as a COTA, working alongside our Occupational Therapist to help students build fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills for classroom success.

Responsibilities:

Implement OT treatment plans designed by the supervising OTR/L

Provide direct services to students individually, in groups, or in classrooms

Adapt classroom materials and environments to support learning

Document student progress toward IEP goals and collaborate with teachers and parents

Qualifications:

Current Vermont COTA certification (required)

Associate's degree from an accredited OTA program (required)

School-based or pediatric experience (preferred)
