Soliant is seeking a Staff Pharmacist for a growing, close-knit veterinary compounding pharmacy in Hartselle, AL. This is a great opportunity for a pharmacist with non-sterile compounding experience looking for a consistent weekday schedule and long-term career potential!

Position Details

Closed-door pharmacy specializing in veterinary and equine medications.

Primarily non-sterile compounding, processing 200+ prescriptions daily.

Oversee 3–4 technicians, verify prescriptions, and manage daily workflow.

Support formulation accuracy, quality control, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Active Alabama Pharmacist license.

Non-sterile compounding experience required, knowledge of USP 795 regulations

Veterinary or equine compounding experience highly preferred.

Strong leadership, attention to detail, and team-oriented attitude.
