Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily manufacturing, production, and general labor operations.
Load, unload, move, and organize materials, equipment, and supplies.
Support machine operators, welders, and fabrication teams with assigned tasks.
Prepare materials and work areas for production and fabrication activities.
Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely as instructed.
Assist with cleaning, organizing, and maintaining production areas.
Perform basic material inspections and report damaged or defective items.
Follow OSHA safety regulations and company procedures.
Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
Requirements
Previous experience in general labor, manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environments preferred.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, standing, and moving materials.
Basic knowledge of hand tools and industrial equipment is a plus.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a team.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
