CNC Programmer/Setup Machinist Precision Components

What Your Day Looks Like
- Set up fully documented repeat jobs and prepare production cells to run efficiently.
- Produce the first piece to print specifications, verify against the inspection sheet, and dial in your process.
- Program at the machine (and/or edit existing programs) using G-code and M-code to optimize cycle times and quality.
- Manually inspect parts, interpret medium/high-complexity blueprints, and align your checks with inspection protocol and documentation requirements.
- Hold tight tolerances with strong GD&T knowledge and advanced shop math (trigonometry and geometry).
- Run multiple machines simultaneously to hit targets without sacrificing precision.
- Troubleshoot equipment and tooling issues and mentor operators who are eager to learn.
- Contribute wherever neededother duties as assigned keep the team moving.

What You Bring
- High school diploma; CNC technical diploma preferred
- 5+ years of machining experience
- Mechanical aptitude and strong math skills
- Willingness to learn, grow, and mentor
