Responsibilities
- Create and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam
- Setup and operate CNC milling equipment
- Select tooling, workholding, and machining parameters
- Support fixture design and process improvements
- Troubleshoot machining and quality issues
- Perform inspections using precision measuring equipment
- Create setup sheets and process documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of CNC programming and machining experience
- Experience with 3-, 4-, and/or 5-axis milling
- Proficient with Mastercam or similar CAM software
- Ability to read blueprints, GD&T, and engineering drawings
- Strong knowledge of tooling, fixturing, and machining processes
Preferred
- Experience with Okuma machines and OSP controls
- Fusion 360, Inventor, or SOLIDWORKS experience
- Quality inspection/metrology experience
Must pass background check and drug screening prior to start.
