Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:

· 150 miles/day across Tex/Arkana to Shreveport, LA Candidate will be provided with a van and all necessary tools

Team Overview:

• This is independent work
• Candidate will be servicing dialysis clinics
• Client and patient facing role

Resource's typical working day:

• Candidate will use a pre-made route based on work orders HVAC maintenance General Maintenance

Licenses/Certifications:

• Universal EPA 608 License

Must Have Skills:

· Commercial or residential HVAC experience Basic electric experience General maintenance experience

Nice to have skills:

• Rooftop unit experience
• Basic plumbing

Soft Skills:

• Highly professional attitude
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Years of Experience:

• 1-2 years

Education:

• H.S. diploma or GED

Software skills:

• Candidate will be assigned a laptop or tablet and phone
