Join a local window factory as a General Laborer supporting window assembly and a variety of shop operations. This role reports to the Plant Manager and includes on-the-job training. Pay starts at $18 per hour, with monthly competency assessments for advancement and a top end of $25 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Cut vinyl using saws and additional cutting machinery.
- Operate small presses, pneumatic tools, and automated production equipment.
- Assemble window hardware and components using basic hand tools and assembly machinery.
- Glaze windows according to production requirements.
- Inspect finished windows for quality.
- Handle materials throughout the shop.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma.
- Must be able to accurately read a tape measure.

- Entry-level experience in window manufacturing.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools.
