Job Responsibilities
Provide wound care treatments to patients, including debridement, dressing changes, and other wound care therapies
Conduct clinical assessments to identify wound care needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Educate patients, families, and healthcare teams on wound care techniques and best practices
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements
Current NYS RN license
