A Day in the Role
- Start-up checks: Walk the line, verify machine health, and complete preventive maintenance tasks to keep equipment reliable.
- Troubleshoot & repair: Pinpoint mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic faults and restore equipment quickly to minimize downtime.
- Partner with production: Coordinate with operators and leads to schedule interventions that keep output flowing.
- Document work: Log maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage with accuracy and clarity.
- Install & commission: Assist with setting up new machinery, ensuring proper alignment, calibration, and testing.
- Safety & standards: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety protocols while staying current on best practices.
What You'll Handle

- Diagnosis of issues using schematics, manuals, and hands-on testing.

What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree or related certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a comparable industrial role.
- Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills with sharp attention to detail.
- Clear communication and a collaborative mindset.
- Flexibility to work variable hours and respond to urgent maintenance needs.
