Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure proper functionality and efficiency
- Set up machines according to production specifications and guidelines
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of equipment
- Load raw materials and ensure smooth production flow
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Keep work area clean, organized, and hazard-free
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to read and interpret basic technical documents and instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Basic mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability
Work Environment- Manufacturing or warehouse setting
- May require standing for long periods
- May involve exposure to noise, dust, or moving machinery
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required
