CC Young Memorial Home is seeking a compassionate PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team in Dallas, TX.
We are hiring for 2 PRN PTAS:
1) Mainly for SNF and may float to outpatient
2) Consistent close to Full Time PRN for temporary leave coverage starting in December

Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
- Implement individualized plans of care to reduce pain and improve function
- Monitor and document resident progress, including strength, mobility, and motor performance
- Communicate changes in resident condition to the Physical Therapist and care team
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
- Follow all professional, legal, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in STATE, in good standing
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of the Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred
