Route Ready Workforce is seeking reliable cargo van and Sprinter van owner-operators for local last-mile package delivery opportunities.
This is not over-the-road freight, load-board work, or box-truck hauling. This is local residential and business package delivery similar to Amazon, UPS, or FedEx but many of the packages are larger and heavier bulk items.

- Drivers load, scan, transport, and deliver their assigned packages
- Proof of delivery is required for every successful delivery
Vehicle Requirement
You must have your own:
- High-roof cargo van
- Valid driver's license, current vehicle registration, and active auto insurance.
- Transit-style cargo van or similar enclosed cargo vehicle
No sedans. No small SUVs. No box trucks for this opportunity.
This opportunity is best for someone who:
- Already owns a cargo van and wants consistent local delivery work
- Is comfortable handling larger and heavier packages
- Can safely lift and move packages independently
- Is dependable and available consistently
- Understands that accepting a route means completing the route
- Can follow scanning, delivery, and proof-of-delivery requirements
- Communicates quickly if there is an issue
- Takes customer service and package handling seriously
