YOUR SCHEDULE
This is a full-time healthcare position serving clients throughout the Springfield area, with shifts scheduled within business hours and varying based on client needs, including evening availability, weekend availability, and on-call responsibilities.
YOUR DAY
As our Elder Care Advisor - PRN, you'll be the trusted guide families turn to when they need answers, support, and advocacy. You'll attend medical appointments with clients, help families understand healthcare options, coordinate ongoing care and follow-up services, responding to urgent client needs, and providing reassurance during challenging situations. Most importantly, you'll serve as a dedicated advocate for aging adults, including those who may not have family support, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met with dignity and compassion.
REQUIREMENTS
Nursing experience is strongly preferred.
