**NOW HIRING: PROPERTY MAINTENANCE ASSOCIATE**
**Forest Ridge | Indiana, PA & Surrounding Areas**
**$17.50 per hour | 20–40 hours per week**
We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on maintenance associate to help care for our rental properties. This position covers our full property portfolio, with a mix of general maintenance, repairs, remodeling, and seasonal outdoor work.
We offer **a minimum of 20 hours per week**, with additional work potentially bringing the schedule up to 40 hours, depending on projects and property needs.
This could be a great fit for a former general contractor, experienced handyman, or maintenance professional who enjoys working independently and wants steady work in a relaxed, more manageable environment.
**What you’ll do:**
- Complete general property repairs and routine preventive maintenance.
- Handle basic plumbing repairs, including leaking faucets, toilets, and minor drain issues.
- Perform basic electrical maintenance and minor repairs within your qualifications.
- Help with remodeling projects, painting, drywall, carpentry, flooring, and other improvements.
- Prepare vacant rentals for new tenants.
- Mow grass, trim, and keep grounds clean and maintained.
- Plow snow, shovel walkways, and spread salt as needed.
- Travel between properties, identify maintenance needs, and communicate progress.
- Treat tenants respectfully and leave work areas clean and safe.
**What we’re looking for:**
- Practical experience in property maintenance, construction, remodeling, or general contracting.
- **Basic plumbing and electrical skills are required.**
- Ability to operate lawn-care and snow-removal equipment safely.
- **A valid driver’s license** and ability to travel between properties.
- Someone reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable completing work with limited supervision.
- Good judgment about which repairs you can handle and when a specialized contractor is needed.
