Pay: $16–$18 per hour | 10–20 hours per week

Join our fun, growing SafeSplash® team and help children develop essential water safety skills, swimming technique, and confidence. No previous swim instructor experience is requiredwe provide training to help you succeed!

Qualifications
- Must be a confident swimmer.
- Must enjoy working with children.
- Previous swim instruction or childcare experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience working with children ages 6 months to 10 years or swimmers with special needs is a plus.
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Teach swimming skills using the SafeSplash® curriculum.
- Create a fun, positive, and safe learning environment.
- Provide encouragement and feedback to swimmers and their families.
- Maintain equipment and ensure lessons start on time.
- Communicate swimmer progress and class updates to the team.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
