Job Title: Senior Recruiter
Location: Minneapolis, MN Type: Contract Compensation: $42.00 Per Hour Work Model: On-Site The Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job advertisements, sourcing candidates through online platforms and relevant databases, networking, and identifying and qualifying prospective candidates. Key Responsibilities:- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing through hire and onboarding.
- Post job advertisements and actively source qualified candidates using internet resources, databases, networking, and other recruiting methods.
- Screen, interview, and register prospective professional candidates.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate candidate reviews throughout the selection process.
- Assist with salary negotiations, extend employment offers, and support new-hire orientation and onboarding.
- Manage multiple recruiting requests and priorities simultaneously while providing professional and responsive support to hiring managers.
- Understand and support the company's compensation, employee development, and equal employment opportunity strategies.
- Build effective working relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, including senior management and executives.
- Work effectively with general direction while demonstrating initiative, independence, organization, and a strong drive to succeed.
