Align Executive Search is partnering with a solid, established senior healthcare organization seeking a motivated RN Night Supervisor to join a high-performing skilled nursing team in the greater Harvey, Illinois area.
This is more than a traditional night-shift nursing position it's a leadership opportunity for an RN ready to expand their skill set, strengthen their clinical leadership abilities, and take the next step toward an ADON or broader nursing leadership role.

Who We're Looking For
Active Illinois RN license.
Previous nursing leadership, supervisory, or charge nurse experience preferred.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented leadership style.
A hands-on leader who can support staff, make sound clinical decisions, and help maintain high standards of resident care.
Behavioral health experience is a plus, but motivated nursing leaders with the right skill set are encouraged to explore the opportunity.
