Laborer
Location:Poland, OH
Pay Rate:$18/hour
Schedule:6:30am-3:30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor duties including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
- Load and unload vehicles, equipment, and supplies.
- Assist with digging, backfilling, and site preparation activities.
- Operate basic equipment andtools asassigned.
- Perform grounds maintenance tasks including mowing grass, trimming vegetation, and general cleanup.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
- Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- 0–4 years of general labor, construction, landscaping, warehouse, or related experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the workday.
- Frequently perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, kneeling, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.
- Exposure to dirt, odors, noise, and other environmental elements associated with manual labor.
- Ability to safely perform workinvolvingphysical occupational risks such as cuts, scrapes, and equipment operation.
