Located in Sun Prairie, WI, we specialize in building confident, resilient, and well-rounded kids through fun, science-backed programs.

As a KidStrong Coach, you’ll play a key role in delivering engaging, high-energy classes that empower kids to achieve their best. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading structured classes that focus on physical fitness, character development, and cognitive skills.
- Creating a fun, safe, and inclusive environment where kids feel encouraged and motivated.
- Building strong connections with kids and their families to foster a sense of community.
- Collaborating with the KidStrong team to ensure every child’s experience is positive and impactful.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience working with children in a coaching, teaching, or similar capacity.
- A passion for child development and a genuine love for helping kids succeed.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with both kids and parents.
- A positive, energetic attitude and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
