Position: Machine Operator
Pay: $22.00/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM & 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Machine Operator to start IMMEDIATELY at $22.00/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities- Set up, program, and operate CNC equipment to apply silicone and adhesives or route products
- Review daily production requirements to select the appropriate CNC programs and tooling
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure parts meet specifications
- Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring tools like calipers and micrometers
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of CNC experience
- Ability to read blueprints and work instructions
- Experience with precision measuring tools
- Reliable attendance and commitment to quality
Skills- CNC machine setup, programming, and operation
- Blueprint reading and quality inspection
- Use of height gauges, micrometers, calipers, and pin gauges
- Safety procedures and housekeeping standards
- Familiarity with electrical panel saws and handling Plexiglas sheets
