Position: Assembler
Pay: $21.50 per hour
Shift: 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, with a $0.75 shift premium for 2nd, 3rd, and overnight shifts
Location: Belding, MI
Integrity Trade Services is hiring an Assembler to start IMMEDIATELY at $21.50/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities- Inspect molded electrical enclosure boxes for quality defects
- Remove excess fiberglass and brass shavings from molded parts
- Assemble enclosures with rivets, hinges, latches, and pins per print specs
- Verify finished products against specifications and prints
- Pack enclosures securely for shipping and wrap skids for transportation
- Maintain accurate inventory records and identify nonconforming products
- Keep work area clean, safe, and organized
- Follow safety protocols and participate in training as needed
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of factory experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, prints, and manuals
- Skilled in using small hand tools and operating hand trucks
- Strong attention to detail, numerical reasoning, and communication skills
- Dependable attendance and commitment to quality work
- Ability to work effectively with team members
- MRPII system knowledge is a plus
