Customer Service Representative

Meador an Openwork Company is currently seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Associate for an opportunity in La Porte, TX. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to resolve customer concerns professionally. This role involves assisting customers with orders, billing, account information, and complaints while maintaining accurate records and providing excellent service.

• Communicate with customers by phone or in person to answer questions, provide product or service information, and process orders.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, transactions, and resolutions.

• Investigate and resolve customer service and billing issues, including refunds, adjustments, and returned merchandise.

• Review customer complaints and supporting documentation to determine appropriate solutions.

• Maintain accurate customer account information and coordinate with other departments on unresolved issues.

• Assist with collecting, analyzing, and reporting customer data for management.

• Follow company safety procedures and guidelines while performing daily duties.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum of 3 years of related customer service experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and the ability to learn other software and cloud-based systems.

• Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to assess customer needs, handle complaints professionally, and work toward effective resolutions.

• Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping skills.

• Ability to follow instructions, work with a team, and comply with safety guidelines.

• Valid state-issued driver's license, as required for company business.

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

• Pay: $19 per hour
