What You’ll Do
Meet virtually with prospective clients to understand their life insurance and financialprotection needs
Educate individuals and families on available life insurance options
Recommend coverage based on each client’s individual needs and goals
Build lasting client relationships through professional, personalized service
Follow up with prospective and existing clients
Use digital tools and technology to manage client relationships and business activities
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
What We’re Looking For
Active Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain one
Sales, customer service, or related experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Comfortable using computers and digital technology
Coachable and willing to learn
Passion for helping individuals and families protect their financial future

Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with performance-based compensation.
Successful agents may earn $55,000–$150,000+ annually, depending on individual salesperformance, effort, consistency, and time commitment.
